| How does the backup services program generally work? | For a monthly fee we install all the hardware and software for your business to have dedicated on-site and off-site backups |
| What kind of Internet connection am I required to have in order to establish service? | You only need a high-speed Internet connection. If you use a dial-up connection we can still help by installing our on-site portion of the backup system |
| Do you sell the backup services system outright? | No. Backup services, such as ours, which includes a complete backup and disaster recovery system and continual event monitoring requires an ongoing daily relationship with the customer. As such it does not lend itself to selling hardware or software only |

| What do I have to do? | Nothing, we install all software, hardware, and setup all on-site and off-site backup routines. You only need tells us which files from which workstations you wish backed up |
| What equipment is installed at my location? | We install our own computer, custom built as a dedicated backup server. And, it runs on a software platform we have developed |
| How can I get the special report "What every small business needs to know about backups"? | You may order the 14 page special report for $39.00, including S&H, however, we currently make it available free to interested small businesses that office within 100 miles of Terre Haute, Indiana. | What does your service cost? | Pricing plans are customized to meet the specific customer's needs, but our "Pricing" page will provide general guidelines for pricing |
| What number do I call for 24/7 technical support? | When service is installed you will receive a special telephone number to be use for support calls. This number will insure you receive the fastest possible service |
| I have your backup services, and need to add another workstation. What do I need to do, and pay. | Just call and we can either setup the new workstation's backup routines online, or for your convenience we can come on-site. Online costs are billed at $1.00 per minute, expect to pay around $10.00, or we can come on-site and the cost is $60 per hour, with a one hour minimum (20% off our normal $80 per hour rate) |
| What if I need to recover files and am unsure how best to do so? | Call the support line anytime. Your calls are free (included in your plan) |
| What if my building burns and I need a total restore of my backed up data files? | Your best option here is for us to bring your data to you, and assist you in installing the data on your new systems. Our experience in this area will be well worth the money you spend to have us on-site to help assure you data is recovered properly. Also, if the building has burned we presume our on-site backup server is also lost and we will need to come on-site to replace and re-install it too |
