Overview
For a low monthly fee we install and maintain an entire full on-site and off-site backup services system. We come to the customer's location and install a backup server, all desktop software, and setup all backup routines. The customer has nothing to buy and nothing to do, except to let us k now which files are to be backed up from which computers. Additionally, each day the computer files are then transmitted to our off-site backup server in Terre Haute, Indiana, which itself is also backed up. |

| Daily backups on-site | Files are backed up daily, or even several times each day, to the backup server we install at the customer's location. |

are not restricted to just all files in "My Documents" for example.
We'll backup any files from any directories you require. |
| File History | Files
are stored in daily history directories which allow the customer to
have, and restore, copies of files as they were on a given data a few
day, weeks, or even months past, depending on how much rolling file
history the customer requires. |
| Files are kept in 4 general locations | Files
are on 1) the user's workstation and/or server, 2) in the current
directory of the on-site backup server, 3) in the "file history"
directories on the on-site backup server, and 4) the current day's
files are on the off-site backup server. This level of redundancy
greatly assures you being able to retrieve a file quickly and from
multiple locations. |
| File deletion protection | Protects
your files from accidental or malicious file deletions. Users, if
you so allow, can delete current files, but all files in the "file
history" directories on the backup server cannot be deleted by a
windows user. The exception is that the "file history" files are
replaced on their normal cycle (15 days for example) so one needs to
act quickly should someone delete their company files, and restore
those file promptly. Or, just call us and we'll help. |

problems and you need us to come to your location, just call. We
can help setup backup routines on new workstations, replaced
